Can the watermark be removed?+
It's drawn into the page content, so it can't be toggled off — but anyone with a PDF editor could still edit it out. Treat it as a marking, not as protection.
Can I number pages starting from something other than 1?+
Yes. Set “Start at” — useful when the document is one section of something longer.
Can I do both at once?+
