Is my audio uploaded?+
No. Conversion uses the Web Audio API in this tab; the file never leaves your machine.
Is there a length limit?+
Only what your machine can hold in memory. There's no server quota because there's no server involved.
Which formats can it convert to?+
MP3, WAV, OGG and WEBM, at 128, 192 or 320 kbps. The input can be any audio file your browser is able to decode, which in practice covers MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, FLAC and WEBM.
Does converting lose quality?+
Converting to WAV does not, because WAV is uncompressed. Converting between compressed formats does — the file is decoded and re-encoded, so the losses of both stack. Going from a 128 kbps MP3 to a 320 kbps MP3 makes the file bigger without recovering anything that was already thrown away.
